No, we do not add preservatives. The packing process preserves the food.
My food was frozen. Can it be packed?
We do not recommend food that was once frozen. Please bring freshly made food.
Where do I need to store the tin after packing?
The tin can be kept at room temperature and does not require refrigeration.
My tin appears to be puffed or bloated. What now?
Do not use if the tin is puffed or leaking, as it indicates spoilage.
Can we get fruits or dairy sweets packed?
No, we only can freshly made foods that follow the given SOPs.
Can I reuse the can?
Please dispose of the can after use; do not reuse it.
I am traveling abroad. Can I keep tins in my hand carry?
Aviation guidelines vary, so we recommend placing tins in checked baggage to avoid issues.
Which is better for abroad travels, pouch or tin?
Both options are suitable, but we recommend tins as they withstand weight and pressure better.
Can I consume the food after the best before (BB) date?
We recommend consuming the food within the first 6 months of packing for optimal quality.
